About Me

I am a certified Reiki practitioner in the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage. I’m highly sensitive myself and have always felt more comfortable in gentle, quiet spaces.

I don’t feel the need to talk all the time, and that’s one of the many reasons I feel called to work with children who also appreciate calm, nonverbal environments. For me, Reiki offers a unique space where healing doesn’t require words—just presence, attunement, and compassion.

Apart from Reiki, I am also a licensed clinical psychologist in California who loves working with people of all ages. I received my Doctorate of Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) from the Wright Institute and Master of Elementary Education (M.Ed.) from Arizona State University. Before that, I studied psychology at Cornell University (B.A.).

I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2016. I trained at UCSF’s Child Trauma and Research Program as a postdoctoral fellow and at Through the Looking Glass for internship. I also served at the Wright Institute Psychodynamic Clinic and Child Haven. Before becoming a psychologist, I was a kindergarten teacher who worked with racially and culturally diverse students with neurodiverse abilities.
